In order to maintain the efficiency of our services and guarantee the best experience possible, the access and use to MowaTowa are ruled by terms and conditions. Before registering to MowaTowa, you should know that by accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this agreement and satisfy all of its conditions. It also implies that you will not hold MowaTowa and its administrator responsible in any case of conflicts or problems. If you do not respect one of the conditions, your account will be suspended.

Registration conditions

• You must live in Canada or France and specify your city.
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a valid email address
• You must agree to these terms and conditions
• You must specify your gender and the gender you are interested in
• Your user name must not contain any sort of a racist, aggressive, insulting, religious, politic, obscene or pornographic nature. Also, you must not use your real name or the full name of anybody else.

General conditions

• You are bound to behave in a courteous way with other members. If not, your account may be suspended. Therefore, you must not use MowaTowa services to post or exchange any content (photos and text) of a racist, aggressive, insulting, religious, politic, obscene or pornographic nature.
• You may not publish on your profile any of the following: credit card numbers, phone numbers, postal addresses, social insurance number, bank account numbers, email addresses, last names, URL or commercials.
• MowaTowa can only be used for dating purposes.
• Your account will be suspended if any of the content (photos and text) you published on MowaTowa is fake, copied or violate any copyright.
• You must not publish, distribute or disclose any content (photos and text) belonging to other members unless you obtained their approval. Otherwise, this information must be considered as private.
• Your account must be yours and yours only. You will never be asked for your password by the administrator and you should never give it to anybody.

Personal Information

During your registration, MowaTowa voluntarily gathers as little personal information as possible (email, gender, city, country, and region) to speed up the process and to prevent you from endangering your private life.

• The information you submit to MowaTowa is not encrypted and can be intercepted by malicious users. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of this information.
• We are not responsible of the content (photos and text) you submit to MowaTowa neither for how other members may use it.
• We cannot guarantee that the content (photos and text) submitted by other members is real and reflect who they really are.
• Your email address is confidential and will not be displayed to any other member except the administrator.
• Only registered members can visit your entire profile as well as the photos from your gallery. Non registered photos will only be shown your age, gender, description, type of relationship you are looking for, and profile photo.
• Your IP address, age and gender may be transmitted to third party partners such as Google for commercial purposes.
• Information stored on our servers are protected but not encrypted except for your password. Even the administrator cannot see your password.
• You may not publish on your profile any of the following: credit card numbers, phone numbers, postal addresses, social insurance number, bank account numbers, email addresses, last names, URL or commercials.
• The administrator has access and authorization to modify any content (texts and photos) you submitted to MowaTowa.
• When you unregister from MowaTowa, all your information will be erased. Your profile will no longer be accessible to any other member.
• Only members from the gender you are interested in can interact with you.

Your email address

Your email address will be used only:

• To alert you when you receive messages, winks, and visits or when another member adds you to his/her hotlist. You can configure your alerts by editing your settings.
• To send you newsletters.
• To warn you in case these terms and conditions are modified.
• To communicate with the administrator.

Photos

MowaTowa lets you upload up to 9 photos into your gallery. These photos will be automatically resized and converted. They will be available to other members authorized to visit your profile. As we cannot review every photo, we count on you to notify us if any photo does not respect these terms and conditions. The administrator will then decide if the photo must be removed or not. The administrator can set any of your photos as hidden which means that only you will be capable of seeing it.

Also you must be aware that:

• If you post a photo containing other people than you, you should ask for their authorization first.
• Photos posted by other members remain their property and should not be copied or disclose outside MowaTowa without their agreement.
• You must not post any photo with an obscene, pornographic, racist, insulting or religious nature.
• The photos you post must not violate any copyright.

Profile photo:

You may seriously increase your chances of success by choosing one of your photos as your profile photo. This photo will be displayed to other members as your main photo and will appear in search results, homepage, and profile. You may select any of the photos from your gallery as long as it respects the following conditions:

• Your face must be approximatively at the center of the photo
• Your are the only person on the photo.
• The photo is not blurry
• You should not wear any object (hat, helmet, etc) that may hide some parts or your entire face.
• The photo does not contain any text.

Copyrights

The design, code, html, and CSS belong to MowaTowa and its author only. They cannot be copied or reused without the author�s authorization. If you violate this copyright, you may expose yourself to judicial proceedings.

Modifications of terms and conditions

The author of MowaTowa may change these terms and conditions at anytime. If so, you will be notified to the email address you used during your registration. You should carefully review the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the new conditions, you may unregister from MowaTowa.

Misc

You should know that MowaTowa and its author cannot be hold responsible for:

• The content (texts and photos) from the commercials displayed on MowaTowa.
• The content (texts and photos) submitted or exchanged by other members.
• The suspension or interruption of the service.

MowaTowa is currently in a beta stage meaning that it is not a final version. Further functionalities will be added soon.

Last but not least, we insist on reminding you that you are using a free dating website and that like for any other similar websites, you should assume the consequences it may have.
